Anthony Rucker is the Founder and Managing Director of Rucker Insights LLC. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master (CSM), Anthony has led projects and organizational budgets totaling over a quarter billion dollars throughout his career. With an undergraduate foundation from the Driehaus College of Business at DePaul University and graduate studies at the University of Illinois–Gies College of Business, he specializes in aligning firm objectives with solutions that tackle core issues impacting the bottom line. His background includes roles at Bank of America, BMO, Google, Lovat Parks, Northern Trust, Salesforce, and Parts Town, giving him a broad perspective across diverse industries.

Anthony’s leadership track record extends from managing large-scale digital transformations—such as a $25M SAP implementation—to launching a $110M OEM distribution center on the West Coast. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. as Regional Assistant Vice President, overseeing 100+ team members across 15 divisions. His experience preparing board materials, advising executives, and coaching teams at all organizational levels fuels his passion for effective communication and strategic growth.
