Using Rucker Insights Services

By purchasing a product or service, submitting payment, accepting a proposal, or otherwise using a paid Rucker Insights offering, you agree to the terms that apply to that offering.

Rucker Insights currently provides educational financial coaching, licensed financial tools, and custom business advisory and project services. Different conditions may apply depending on the offering selected.

Financial Coaching

The Rucker Insights Financial Coaching program is currently offered for $100 per month and is billed in advance.

The program includes four weekly coaching sessions during each monthly service period, a kickoff process for new clients, and licensed access to the four financial tools included in the current coaching offer. Progress toward client goals may be reviewed during the normal weekly coaching sessions. There is no separate monthly progress-review session.

Weekly coaching sessions are use-it-or-lose-it and do not roll over into future service periods unless Rucker Insights agrees otherwise in writing.

Additional coaching requested beyond the included service may be charged at $25 per additional 30-minute increment. No additional coaching charge will be incurred without prior client authorization.

Either party may end the recurring coaching relationship by providing at least five calendar days' written notice before the next billing date. Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Educational Services and Client Responsibility

Financial coaching, educational materials, financial tools, business education, and related Rucker Insights resources are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Rucker Insights LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment-advisory, credit-repair, or other regulated professional services.

Clients remain responsible for their own financial, business, investment, legal, tax, and other decisions and should engage a qualified licensed professional when individualized professional advice is required.

Financial Tools and Digital Products

Rucker Insights financial tools are licensed digital products. Purchasing a tool does not transfer ownership of the underlying workbook, formulas, design, intellectual property, or other proprietary materials.

A purchase generally provides one personalized licensed Google Sheets workbook for use by the authorized customer. Access requirements, delivery instructions, permitted uses, and restrictions are described in the Digital Product License and on the applicable product page.

Customers are responsible for using the correct email address and Google account required to receive and access their licensed workbook.

Custom Business Services

Custom advisory, consulting, project leadership, strategy, process improvement, and related business engagements are scoped individually.

A service request or consultation does not by itself create a custom consulting engagement. When the parties decide to proceed, the specific scope, objectives, options, responsibilities, timing, fees, expenses, payment schedule, and other project-specific terms are documented in a proposal or other written agreement.

Unless a proposal states otherwise, no custom project work begins until the required agreement has been accepted and the required initial payment has been received.

When offered in a proposal, the standard payment alternatives may include a 50% initial payment with the remaining 50% due according to the proposal's payment schedule, or a 10% professional discount for payment in full upon acceptance.

If a signed proposal or other written agreement conflicts with these general Terms regarding a custom engagement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Service Requests and Consultations

Prospective custom-service clients should begin by submitting a service request with enough information for Rucker Insights to understand the situation and determine an appropriate next step.

Not every inquiry requires a substantive consultation. Rucker Insights may respond directly, request additional information, refer the prospective client elsewhere, or recommend a consultation when one is appropriate.

Substantive custom-service consultations require a $35 refundable attendance fee. The fee is refundable when the prospective client attends the scheduled consultation in accordance with the applicable scheduling terms. A missed appointment or failure to comply with the applicable cancellation or rescheduling requirements may result in forfeiture of the fee.

When a custom engagement is appropriate following consultation, Rucker Insights can provide a scoped proposal within 24–48 hours.

Proposals and Intellectual Property

Proposals, frameworks, templates, financial tools, methods, educational materials, written content, graphics, and other original Rucker Insights materials may contain proprietary and copyrighted intellectual property.

A proposal is provided for evaluation by its intended recipient and may not be redistributed, reproduced, or used by another organization without permission from Rucker Insights LLC.

Purchasing a service or product does not transfer ownership of Rucker Insights intellectual property except for the specific usage rights expressly granted in writing.

Payments

Rucker Insights may accept payment through supported online checkout, card, ACH or bank transfer, check, invoice, or another payment method expressly offered for the transaction.

Payment timing and any consequences of late payment for a custom engagement are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Subscription services remain subject to the billing and cancellation terms associated with that subscription.

Scheduling, Attendance, and Client Participation

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, providing accurate information, completing agreed client responsibilities, and communicating material changes that may affect an engagement.

Scheduling availability may be limited by Rucker Insights calendar capacity. Booking availability does not guarantee availability for any specific future date or time.

Additional scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, and attendance rules may appear during booking or in the agreement governing the applicable service.

Meeting Recording and Confidentiality

Certain coaching, consultation, or client meetings may be recorded or transcribed for documentation, service delivery, quality, follow-up, or training purposes.

Client information and meeting records are treated as confidential business information and will not be intentionally published as testimonials, case studies, marketing materials, or other public content without appropriate permission.

Clients who do not want a meeting recorded should notify Rucker Insights before the applicable meeting.

Third-Party Services

Rucker Insights may use third-party platforms to operate its website, process payments, schedule meetings, deliver digital products, communicate with customers, host documents, automate workflows, and support service delivery.

Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase or engagement. Please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the rules applicable to coaching, consultations, digital products, and custom services.

Changes to These Terms

Rucker Insights may update these Terms as its offerings, systems, policies, or legal requirements change.

Material changes affecting an active contractual engagement will not replace conflicting terms contained in an already executed written agreement unless the parties agree otherwise.
