Rucker Insights LLC – Terms of Service
1. Payment Terms
Clients have two payment options for services with Rucker Insights LLC:
Full Upfront Payment – Eligible for a 15% discount on total service costs.
50/50 Payment Plan – Requires a 50% deposit due at invoice and the remaining 50% due 60 days from the project start date.
Regardless of the chosen payment option, no work will commence until the client has signed the proposal and submitted payment to Rucker Insights LLC.
2. Proposal Ownership & Confidentiality
All proposals provided by Rucker Insights LLC are the sole intellectual property of the company. These proposals are intended only for the recipient and may not be redistributed, shared, or used without prior written consent from Rucker Insights LLC. Unauthorized distribution of any proposal may result in legal action.
3. Proposal Validity & Pricing Adjustments
Proposals are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. After this period, the proposal may expire due to staffing constraints, market conditions, and operational planning. If the client remains interested after the expiration period, Rucker Insights LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing, which is likely to increase, based on updated conditions.
4. Late Payment Policy
Payments not received on time will be subject to the following late fees:
7 days late – A 10% late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance.
14 days late – The late fee increases to 20% of the outstanding balance.
Beyond 14 days – Rucker Insights LLC reserves the right to pursue collection efforts, including legal action. If legal action is required and Rucker Insights LLC prevails, the client will be responsible for all legal fees associated with the collection process.
5. Payment Methods
Clients may submit payment using any of the following methods:
Cash App
Bank Transfer (ACH) or Wire Transfer (For bank transfers, please contact aj@ruckerinsights.com for details.)
Debit or Credit Card

6. Service Engagement Process
To begin working with Rucker Insights LLC, clients must follow the outlined process:
Submit a service inquiry – Complete the service request form at ruckerinsights.com/contact, describing the project and business needs.
Schedule a consultation – After submitting the form, schedule a short consultation meeting to discuss the project in detail and confirm service requirements.
Receive a proposal – Within 24-48 hours, Rucker Insights LLC will provide a detailed proposal outlining:
Project requirements
Value to the client
Pricing and payment options
Execute the proposal – The client selects a payment option within the proposal, confirming agreement on price and scope. The proposal will be sent via email for review. Upon alignment, the client may sign physically or digitally via DocuSign.
Submit payment – Once the proposal is signed, the client will receive an invoice via email or text for payment processing.
Project commencement – Work begins after payment is received as per the agreed terms.
7. Consultation Meeting Policy
To schedule a consultation, a $35 refundable attendance fee is required. This fee is fully refundable only if the client attends the scheduled consultation. If the client fails to attend on time or does not reschedule within the required timeframe, the fee will be non-refundable as compensation for the reserved time. By scheduling a consultation, the client agrees to these terms.
8. Meeting Recording & Privacy
All client meetings, including the initial consultation, may be recorded for quality and training purposes. These recordings will remain confidential and will not be shared without the client’s explicit written consent. Clients who wish to opt out of recording must notify Rucker Insights LLC in writing before their scheduled meeting.
9. Amendments & Modifications
Rucker Insights LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes affecting service agreements or payment policies. Continued use of Rucker Insights LLC services constitutes agreement to the latest Terms of Service.
