RUCKER INSIGHTS LLC
Accessibility Statement
Rucker Insights is committed to making its website, digital products, and online services easier to use for as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
Effective: September 2026
01 — OUR COMMITMENT
Accessibility is part of building a better customer experience.
Rucker Insights wants people to be able to understand, navigate, and use its website and services without unnecessary barriers.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As the website, products, services, and technology change, Rucker Insights will continue reviewing opportunities to improve usability and access.
02 — WEBSITE DESIGN & USABILITY
We are working toward a clearer, more consistent, and easier-to-use website.
Rucker Insights is actively improving the structure, visual consistency, navigation, and readability of RuckerInsights.com.
Clear navigation
Organize pages and calls to action so visitors can more easily understand where they are and where to go next.
Readable text
Use legible typography, reasonable text sizing, spacing, and contrast to support comfortable reading.
Consistent design
Reduce unnecessary variation in headings, buttons, layouts, colors, and visual patterns across the website.
Descriptive content
Use meaningful headings, link text, labels, and image descriptions where appropriate so content is easier to understand and navigate.
Mobile access
Design pages so they remain usable across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
Keyboard and interaction review
Review interactive elements such as buttons, links, forms, and navigation for reasonable keyboard and focus usability where supported.
03 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Accessibility also applies to the tools we deliver.
Rucker Insights financial tools are currently delivered primarily through Google Sheets. Customers may rely on accessibility features provided by Google, their operating system, browser, device, or assistive technology.
Clear workbook structure
We aim to organize instructions, input areas, dashboards, and supporting information in a way that is understandable and reasonably navigable.
Support when access is difficult
If a customer has difficulty using a licensed workbook because of an accessibility barrier, Rucker Insights will review the issue and consider reasonable alternatives where practical.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility considerations may be incorporated into future product revisions, instructions, layouts, and delivery practices.
04 — THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Some parts of the customer journey are provided by other companies.
Rucker Insights uses third-party platforms for website hosting, payments, scheduling, forms, Google Workspace, digital-product delivery, communications, and workflow automation.
The accessibility of those third-party systems is controlled in part by their respective providers and may vary by platform, browser, device, or assistive technology.
05 — KNOWN LIMITATIONS & ONGOING WORK
The site is still being improved.
Rucker Insights is actively redesigning and reorganizing portions of its website and customer experience. During this work, some pages, images, older content, third-party embeds, or digital assets may not yet meet the accessibility standard Rucker Insights ultimately wants to achieve.
Current improvement work includes greater consistency in typography, color usage, navigation, button treatments, page structure, image descriptions, mobile layouts, and customer pathways.
If something is difficult to read, navigate, understand, access, purchase, complete, or use, please tell us. Specific feedback is especially helpful when it includes the page, product, feature, or task involved.
06 — REQUESTING ACCESSIBILITY ASSISTANCE
Need the information or service in another way?
If you experience an accessibility barrier, Rucker Insights will make a reasonable effort to understand the issue and identify an alternative way to provide the relevant information, product support, or service when practical.
When contacting us, it helps to include:
- The page, product, or service you were trying to use
- A short description of the accessibility problem
- The device or browser involved, if relevant
- The alternative format or assistance that would help
07 — ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS
We use recognized accessibility principles as a guide for improvement.
Rucker Insights may consider widely recognized web-accessibility principles and guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), when reviewing and improving its digital experiences.
Reference to these guidelines does not mean that Rucker Insights is representing that every page or service has been formally audited, certified, or determined to conform to a specific WCAG level.
08 — FEEDBACK
Accessibility improves when people tell us what is not working.
We welcome constructive feedback about barriers on the Rucker Insights website, digital products, or service-delivery experience.
