Rucker Insights respects the privacy of its customers, coaching clients, business clients, website visitors, and prospective clients. This policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, when it may be shared with service providers, and the choices available to you.

Most personal information enters our systems because you choose to provide it.
Depending on how you interact with Rucker Insights, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, business or organization name, scheduling information, service-request details, customer-support messages, and order information.
Coaching and advisory clients may also choose to provide financial, operational, business, or other information that is relevant to the work being performed.

Some information may be collected automatically when you use the website.
Website and technology providers may collect technical information necessary to operate, secure, measure, and improve the website.

Protect Rucker Insights

04 — PAYMENTS
Payment information is processed through supported payment providers.
When you purchase a Rucker Insights product or service, payment information may be collected and processed by the payment platform used for the transaction.
Rucker Insights may receive transaction information such as your name, contact information, product purchased, amount paid, payment status, transaction identifiers, refunds, and related order details.
Rucker Insights does not need to receive or store your full payment card number to operate ordinary Stripe or Squarespace checkout transactions.
05 — SCHEDULING & SERVICE REQUESTS
Information submitted before a meeting helps us prepare and route requests appropriately.
Squarespace forms
Service-request and contact forms may collect the information you submit so Rucker Insights can review your request and determine an appropriate next step.
Calendly
Scheduling information may be processed through Calendly when you select an available appointment, provide scheduling details, or receive meeting notifications.
Qualification and routing
Information about the reason for your inquiry may be used to route you toward coaching, product support, consultation, business services, or another appropriate response.
06 — GOOGLE WORKSPACE & AUTOMATION
Some service delivery relies on connected business systems.
Rucker Insights currently uses Google Workspace and workflow automation tools to help deliver products, maintain business records, communicate with customers, and coordinate internal processes.
Drive, Sheets, Gmail, and related Workspace services
These systems may be used to create and deliver licensed workbooks, store service materials, communicate with customers, and maintain operational records.
Make and connected workflows
Automation may route order information, fulfillment records, service data, and communications between authorized business systems in order to provide the requested service.
07 — COACHING & CLIENT INFORMATION
Financial and business information shared during services is treated as confidential client information.
Coaching and advisory work may involve information about income, expenses, debts, savings, investments, business finances, goals, operations, contracts, or other matters relevant to the engagement.
Rucker Insights uses this information to provide the requested service, prepare follow-up work, document decisions, and support the client relationship.
08 — MEETING RECORDINGS & TRANSCRIPTS
Some meetings may be recorded or transcribed to support service delivery.
Rucker Insights may use meeting recording, transcription, or note-taking tools for documentation, follow-up, quality, service delivery, and continuity of the client relationship.
Clients who do not want a meeting recorded or transcribed should notify Rucker Insights before the meeting begins.
09 — WHEN INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED
We do not need to sell your personal information to operate Rucker Insights.
Service providers
Information may be processed by technology, payment, scheduling, communications, hosting, automation, or other providers that help Rucker Insights operate.
Authorized collaborators
When appropriate to an engagement, information may be shared with contractors, advisors, or collaborators who need it to perform authorized work.
Legal or protective reasons
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights, address fraud or misuse, or protect people and property.
With your direction or permission
Information may be shared when you instruct us to do so or provide appropriate permission for a specific use.
10 — DATA RETENTION
Information is retained according to legitimate business and service needs.
Rucker Insights may retain customer, order, coaching, consulting, licensing, payment, communication, and operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet accounting or legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose and the systems in which they are maintained.
11 — SECURITY
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is risk-free.
Rucker Insights uses administrative, technical, account-access, and platform controls intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure of information.
No website, cloud platform, email system, payment provider, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should also protect their own accounts, passwords, devices, and authorized Google access.
12 — YOUR CHOICES & REQUESTS
You may contact Rucker Insights about the personal information associated with your relationship.
Depending on the information involved and applicable law, you may request assistance regarding correction, access, deletion, marketing preferences, or other privacy-related questions.

Rucker Insights services are not designed for children to purchase or use independently.
Rucker Insights does not knowingly seek personal information directly from children through its ordinary commercial website, coaching, digital-product, or business-service purchasing processes.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website without appropriate authorization, contact Rucker Insights so the situation can be reviewed.
14 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
External platforms have their own privacy practices.
The Rucker Insights website and service workflows may link to or rely on third-party platforms such as payment processors, scheduling services, website hosting and commerce providers, Google Workspace, automation systems, communication tools, or other service providers.
Rucker Insights does not control the independent privacy practices of those providers. Their handling of information is also governed by their own policies and terms.
15 — CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may evolve as Rucker Insights grows.
Rucker Insights may update this Privacy Policy when its services, technology, workflows, vendors, data practices, or legal obligations change.
