Digital Product License
Rucker Insights financial tools are licensed digital products. This license explains what you may do with your personalized workbook, what remains the property of Rucker Insights LLC, and the restrictions that protect the tools from unauthorized copying, sharing, and resale.

One customer. One licensed copy.
Your workbook is prepared for the purchaser or other authorized user identified through the applicable order.
Use the tool for your own financial planning.
You may enter, organize, review, and maintain your own information inside your authorized workbook.
The license is not a resale or sharing right.
You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or provide copies of the workbook to unauthorized people.
01 — LICENSE GRANT
You receive permission to use the tool—not ownership of it.
Subject to payment and compliance with this license, Rucker Insights LLC grants the authorized customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Rucker Insights financial tool for the customer's own personal financial planning, recordkeeping, education, or other internal use permitted by the applicable product offering.
The license applies only to the specific licensed workbook or access provided through the applicable transaction.
02 — COVERED PRODUCTS
This license applies to Rucker Insights licensed financial tools.
Unless another written license is provided with a specific product, this policy currently applies to the following tools and future versions or replacements delivered under the same licensing model.
03 — PERMITTED USE
Your licensed copy is for your authorized use.
Enter your own information
Use the workbook to organize financial data, plans, transactions, balances, investment information, or other information supported by the tool.
Update your workbook over time
Maintain and reuse your authorized workbook for the financial planning purpose for which it was licensed.
Use it with Rucker Insights coaching
When applicable, you may use the workbook during Rucker Insights coaching sessions or other authorized service interactions.
04 — LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
Protecting the tool protects the value of the license.
Except with express written permission from Rucker Insights LLC, you may not do any of the following.
Share access
Do not grant unauthorized individuals access to the licensed workbook or share your authorized access credentials for the purpose of allowing others to use the product.
Make additional copies
Do not reproduce or create additional customer copies of the licensed workbook outside the access specifically provided by Rucker Insights.
Redistribute or resell
Do not sell, sublicense, rent, give away, distribute, or transfer the workbook or any unauthorized copy to another person or entity.
Publish the workbook
Do not publicly post the workbook, formulas, protected content, screenshots revealing substantial proprietary content, or download links in a way that makes the product available to others.
Remove license protections
Do not intentionally defeat, remove, disable, or circumvent access, copy, sharing, attribution, or other protections applied to the licensed workbook.
Create a competing commercial product
Do not reproduce substantial portions of the workbook, formulas, structure, instructional content, or design for resale, licensing, commercial redistribution, or creation of a substantially similar competing product.
05 — DELIVERY & ACCESS
Your authorized Google account matters.
Rucker Insights financial tools are currently delivered through Google Sheets. Access may be provisioned to the email address associated with the purchase or another authorized email address confirmed during fulfillment.
Customers are responsible for signing into the correct Google account when accessing the licensed workbook.
If Google asks you to request access unexpectedly, first confirm that you are using the authorized account. If the problem continues, contact Rucker Insights for support.
06 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Rucker Insights retains ownership of the underlying product.
Rucker Insights LLC retains all ownership rights in and to its original financial tools, templates, formulas, layouts, written instructions, frameworks, methods, graphics, trademarks, branding, and other proprietary content, except for any third-party materials that remain the property of their respective owners.
Information you enter into your authorized workbook remains your information. Your ownership of your personal or business data does not transfer ownership of the Rucker Insights workbook, design, formulas, or intellectual property in which that information is entered.
07 — CUSTOMER CHANGES
Use the tool as designed before changing how it works.
Rucker Insights may protect certain cells, formulas, tabs, ranges, or workbook functions to preserve the intended operation of the tool.
Your financial data
You may enter and update your information in the areas intended for customer input.
Protected functionality
Restrictions applied to formulas, protected cells, workbook structure, licensing information, or other controls should not be intentionally circumvented.
Unsupported modifications
Rucker Insights may not be able to troubleshoot or support a workbook whose formulas, structure, protections, or functionality have been materially altered outside the intended use of the tool.
08 — EDUCATIONAL USE
The tools organize information. They do not make financial decisions for you.
Rucker Insights financial tools are provided for educational, informational, organizational, and planning purposes.
The tools do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, credit-repair, or other regulated professional advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing their information and making their own financial decisions.
When individualized professional advice is required, customers should consult an appropriately qualified or licensed professional.
09 — PRODUCT SUPPORT
If the licensed tool does not work as delivered, tell us.
Rucker Insights will make reasonable efforts to investigate delivery, access, or workbook-function problems affecting the licensed product as originally delivered.

Confirm that you are signed into the Google account authorized for the workbook, then contact us if access still fails.
Something looks broken?
Contact Rucker Insights with your order information and a clear description of what is not working.
Refund question?
Digital-product refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Unauthorized distribution may terminate the license.
Rucker Insights may suspend or terminate access to a licensed digital product when there is a material violation of this license, including unauthorized redistribution, resale, copying, sublicensing, or circumvention of access protections.
Where practical, Rucker Insights may first contact the customer regarding the suspected violation and provide an opportunity to correct the issue. Nothing in this section limits any other rights or remedies available to Rucker Insights regarding misuse of its intellectual property.
11 — UPDATES & VERSIONS
A license to one product does not automatically include every future product.
Rucker Insights may revise, update, improve, replace, or discontinue versions of its financial tools over time.
Unless an offer specifically states otherwise, purchasing or receiving one licensed product does not automatically create a right to every future version, upgrade, new tool, or separate product.
Any upgrade, replacement, or future-access benefit offered to a customer will be governed by the terms communicated with that offer.
